16 oz 7x/dy (8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00) for two days.

I assume it doesn't matter if it's filtered or not.

I just ran out of my jug of organic in the middle of the second day, so I'm starting a jar of non-organic (Martinelli). I also have a jar of Knudsen non-organic "cider with spices" that I may try.
