Thanks for the nice words and wow.. congrats on your 15 pound's lost.. I know what you mean though about that not being your #1 goal on a spiritual fast. It's hard to do spiritual fasts when your needing to lose weight too.. kinda hard to separate the 2 at times. I was "dieting" since June of last year and when I did a fast this past month, it was hard to separate the two.. anyhow, just wanted to say congrats on a successful juice fast! I'm happy for you!
