I have now started to view my experience in a more positive light - today I received my second compliment on some weight loss (not apparent to me whatsoever), and I do feel better - slightly, but I notice a difference. My negative outlook on the fast was probably me overreacting again as I released quite a bit of negative emotions during the week (which, unfortunately, I did pour on innocent housemates in some amounts). Next time I'll probably go somewhere for the week to be alone!
