I personally spend about $150 on my protocol, which is also for my general health maintenance and disease prevention. I realize that to many people, that will seem pricey, but when you find something that works, you tend to go with it. However, for someone who is similarly afflicted and finds this too pricey, I would recommend that if they could only do one thing, that they take the MSM. I get mine through FreeLife and signed up as a distributor to get the wholesale price, which is $41.95 for 180 caplets. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night, so one bottle lasts me 45 days. See what that will do for you. If it isn't enough, I would add 2 oz. of Xango a day, which will be about $50 a month. The Basic Mindell complex is just for full spectrum vitamins/minerals/herbs/probiotics. It is the most complete formulation that I have found and is a lot cheaper at $69.95 a month than if you bought all the things in it separately, plus it is already balanced to work synergistically instead of you having to figure out how many Vitamin C's and Vitamin E's and and alpha-lipoic acids and beta-carotenes and milk thistle, schizandra, etc., etc. you need to take in what amounts.
