What a shame all you can take from a week's fasting is... nothing! Even if you are pretty clean and toxin free, I always get a lift from removing the constant chore of digestion from my body to allow it time to cleanse, detox and heal. It's hard for me to imagine a week with "nothing happening"!

But then again, I've never been so clean I couldn't stand a little tune up. How nice for you! Even though you don't think anything happened, rest assured your body enjoyed the rest.
