i hope you bookmarked and saved more than i did! i have a report on my Iodine intake and dont know where to put it, now. i dont know if its V or the iodine, but the utter lunacy of having this discussion ranging over several forums is discouraging. i dont have enough time as it is and now i cant go back and catch up. and if I am having problems sorting it all out, how in hell are others going to make heads or tails of it if they never saw V's posts?

oh well, i am feeling too good and DETOXING IN A MOST INTERESTING MANNER to let any of this bother me too much.
