This suggest that Lecithin and EFAs are good supplements for reducing cholesterol stones. (Maybe that was the point; I'm not sure, and I did not read other posts in this thread.)

Is Lecithin also good for inhibiting or reducing arterial clogging?

Also, is there an EFA supplement with lecithin available somewhere?

I take Kirkland fish oil in tablet form; I wonder if this has a good spectrum of EFAs.
