Sorry it took me soooo loooong to reply to this message...mulling it over and then got distracted....any way, I do not believe that I am ready for this stuff, I do believe that it would be a waste of $ for ME at this time..I have more cleansing to do. However, I am VEERY interested to hear of your experiences, CF.

I'm actually thinking that summer would be a good time, I eat mostly raw in the summer.. :)
