i began chelating a year and a half ago from an extreme burden of mercury. (i m now down to 7.9) i ve noticed a profound (profound for its subtlety) change in my spiritual life: more clarity, an unforced deepening of my meditation practice ( i ve been meditating for 30 years and it never occured to my slowness to settle was due to mercury poisoning), less angry, more patient, etc.
i can find nothing substantial online or any books that speak of this.
any suggestions?
for those who are moved i d much like to read their stories.
i dont for a moment think i am the only one!
