Im not going to make this long because theres no need. For startling quick results with limited coverage then Ionic is good. For slightly slower results but with far more coverage then Elemental is the best (Colloidal). Basically theres too much bickering about Colloidal Silver and the biggest 2 reasons are below:-

1. Sales and Competition of sellers
2. Pharmaceutical companies causing confusion on purpose

Believe me just buy a decent little Constant Current Generator or one with more features and this is enough. 5ppm is well enough for sinuses haha. If you have a serious illness then 15-20ppm is best and to drink quite a bit of it! If you could get a quality solution of a higher ppm then this would be faster acting on a bigger disease BUT. Alot of high ppm silvers are very low in bio-degradability and therefore not worth entering the body. On average a good Colloidal Silver will be up to 20ppm and between 98-100% bio-degradable.

The biggest problem now with Sinuses is the amount of RE-infections we acquire. You may blast away the ones you have now and then quickly pick up more. With the currently aerosol-aka Chemtrail campaigns worldwide reinfection of lungs and sinuses is so easy with the various Molds & Funguses they are using for helping the chemtrails suspend.

TIP FOR YOU AND ALL

Get yourself a quality Nebuliser like myself! Then fill it with at least 5ppm and 6ml of Colloidal Silver . Inhale this through a mask not pipe (for sinuses this is best) and do this for 20 minutes twice a day. If you make sure you sniff deep alot of this mist you will be amazed at the difference.

The Terminator Zapper is also good at clearing the sinuses but I've found this direct application using Colloidal Silver and Nebuliser the best with long lasting results. The Zapper gives a long lasting result also.

Dont get caught up in the trickery of Colloidal Silver dos and donts. As long as you stay away from Proteins etc and use quality .999+% silver elemental you will be fine. You could also utilise a little Selenium 200mcg and Vitamin E 800IU to aid your immune system and help remove excess system from the system.
