The paragraph you posted is by a person seeing things from the narrow perspective of 3rd density. This is the density of choice and our physical limitations are an aspect of that choice. It is hard to see the big picture from our space/time illusion. The 'interventionists' are higher density beings which do have the capability of moving from one end of the galaxy to the other with very little perception of 'time' passing. This is because they are able to move through time as we would through space.

The guardians are ever watchful and allow only those finding random energy holes in the earths vibratory structure to pass through, this is also an aspect of choice and of free-will. All are aspects of the self, and need to be considered, accepted, and balanced in our spiritual evolution. 4th density beckons.

All answers can be found within, the mind contains all things. One will learn much more in the quiet contemplation of meditation than through any outer conscious contemplation. There is no greater magic than a sincere seeking towards love!
