I think that the cleanses can happen at any time, however, sometimes too much change all at once is too much for anyone to handle. I always exercised as best I could, but spent from March, till about August, 6 months, adjusting my diet before I did my first bowel cleanse.

I adjusted my diet slowly, not changing what I ate much; never ate much sugar... I just started buying organic as much as possible, unrefined redmond's salt, quit eating artificial sweeteners and used maple syrup, or rapadura sugar, replaced all oils with olive and coconut... I slowly started eating more foods raw etc.

Then about January, I started liver flushing. It takes time to creat healthy lifestyle habit, be patient.
