Yes I have with great enjoyment and learning alot. However the "why?? answers" section is not functioning. I click on the subjects but nothing happens.

My thinking is taking the "full drink" in the AM ( and PM? ), but I also like my water at work. Any suggestions of what to put in my water? Im currently using a full organic lemon to the gallon.

Macrobiotics is essentially a slightly alkaline diet consisting of brown rice and other grains and vegetables. It has proven to be quite effective with cancer patients. Its something I believe in AND can stay on. I think its basis is probably from ancient Chinese food combining. Most Chinese food was originally ( and I mean thousands of years ago)put together by doctors not chefs for thier medicinal effects. I think the tenets of thier food combining mirrors alot of what your saying on this site.
