One last thing I'll mention is that I've found that when I go into afib, if I drink two ounces of apple cider vinegar (I take it straight and chase it with water) that often times the afib will stop.  If two ounces doesn't do it, I do another two ounces.  This has worked for a few others also.  Many times for me and for others, afib is brought on by something that we have eaten, or overeating.  Somehow ACV seems to calm the digestive system.
