Hi I had not read through the thread when I responded because I like to use my intuition and combine with details and feelings you may give. So I had not read that you had some medical things coming nor that you had done something for someone (mother). I strongly feel that it is medical related (a)because the first one involved the doctor and (b)the second dream occurred when you admittedly have more medical things coming up.

It seems to me that you are the doctor, (you are) your Inner Self can be a healer and if you are not aligned you manifest as a quack. The first dream may show that you did or allowed something to treat (the body)that the Inner Healer knows is not necessary. You threw up violently to make this clear. Yes it could also refer to you violently expelling something that you have been resisting, something that did not sit right, it is not about your mother it is all about you. You know inside whether to hold something in or whether to speak it or do it. You decide to repress or express. Decide Inside (for you)whether it was the right thing to do and honor your Inner self for making the right decision.

It is important to give the details of the dream like what is going on when you are throwing up, do you feel better or worse? what did the doctor give you, why were you sick? what was someone trying to force you to do. How does the dream cause you to feel and what is on your mind besides the grossness of the drool?

I do not see relation to your job given the details you supplied unless your job is medical related.. It is possible that all 3 are intertwined to really make it clear for you. Relating to your job, Always follow your bliss the rest will come. You will feel the burdens lift when you do this one rule even without identifying the culprit.
