Here are some interesting threads about magnesium citrate compared to Epsom Salts . They also talk about what dose to take, because you have to take quite a bit of magnesium citrate to get the equivalent of 4 tablespoons of Epsom Salts (and you would have to take even more of that fruit mixture).
