I spent the last two days with the stomach flu, and I 'never' get sick. My son had it Monday, my daughter today. There's a lot of 'stress' around. I don't know that I didn't make myself sick. I said I was scared '*hitless, and the other night I was certainly that. ouch.

Anyhow, is it as simple and uncomplicated as what you say? I want it to be. But it seems more complex--oh yea, cause I am used to living in my 'mind' and now I need to intergrate my whole self.

Oh well. So I still have worries, and concerns, but I intend to get peaceful and perhaps I can 'do' this all easier.
