As per the book "Manav Mootra" --- urine therapy can help digest poisons.
I am on medications ---- and my doctor has warned me about long term possibilities of kidney failure. Just 5 months may not be enough not to find out the side-effects of urine therapy. Whether you should be vegetarian or on a low-protein diet is another fact.

I had changed to vegetarianism for other reasons BEFORE urine therapy, so I could easily be without meat/chicken (eat it occassionally).

Also, I found out that I have 3 Acne spots which never used to come after I used Accutane 10 years ago twice. But I am trying urine therapy to remove the scars of acne.
