Buy the Cara enema syringe 6 oz. $5.99.This is shown on your enema link.The soy milk is OK.The healing colon is irritated by any wrong food or liquid which delays healing.Stay with the diet list foods until you get your positive results within the first week.Then you have something to compare the result of a new food tried one at a time.I would wait at least 30 days before trying a new food.Remember any wrong food will re irritate the colon.Trying to break an addiction while on the procedure can add stress to the colon.I don't suppose nicotine is beneficial,however,wait to break that dam habit.I did 35 years ago.sheldon
