Hi San2006,

The last time I checked my cholesterol was Dec/05...I know I should have checked it a couple times more since then but I am hiding from my DR who is hell bent on putting me on drugs.He had me on them since my late 30's,I'm 50 now and who knows what damage all those meds have done.The last one he put me on was Crestor and I started experiencing awful muscle pains,that's when I stopped.

I inherited high cholesterol and I have read that in such cases one's body is meant to run at a higher level of chol. if other risk factors are not present,ie:overweight,smoking,high BP etc.I am 5ft 31/2ins.tall and my weight is between 130-135lbs.I do not smoke,consume alcohol and my BP is normal.I exercise regularly and no-one believes my age,I look 10 yrs younger!anyways,vanity aside,I'll try the CO therapy (both internally and externally)on top of everything I'm doing and then go for another test.Any suggestions?
