I'm glad that you've been able to help people overcome their illnesses. That must be very rewarding, especially when you have first-hand experience with their problems. However, this is still anecdotal. Not everyone has the same experience. By the same logic, should they say YOU are biased? Why don't you gather your 5 years of data to produce a retrospective study?
