You should explain what doesn't make sense about my post.  Stated differently, a RCT by definition minimizes bias more than any other research methodology.  I didn't think you would be able to answer my question about the TYPE of bias you claim exists, so I will answer it for you here:

"The ADA and FDA have money at stake, therefore all their articles are biased" is a poor arguement which does not change the validity of their studies for the following reasons:
1. I doubt you (or anyone else) have read "all" the articles.  I mention this just to appease the logic of Vulcanel.

2.   You can make that claim about ANY GROUP.  It is just as easy to proclaim "Aharleygyrl's studies and opinions are biased because she has a business and makes money by convincing people amalgams are evil."

3.  Few studies are performed with funding from the ADA/FDA.  Most studies seem to be university-based research just like most other research in the world.  And some of those studies have supported the idea that amalgam is bad and are probably on your bibliography of propaganda somewhere.  When you say "ADA" studies, do you really mean "studies which support the safety of amalgam"?  Because these are entirely different things.
