I understand very well what you're saying about being my own doctor and never trusting doctors 100%.
I will try the enema.

For now ,i'll try one thing at a time though,and the next is to try the ozone first.

I have to see each step's value and my body's reaction to it and i can only do this if i add one thing at a time.If i stop the meds,start the ozone and coffee enemas,add msm,do cleanses ,i won't be able to tell which did what.

The sure thing is that i really appreciate and value your opinion and will keep all of these recommendations in mind.Every 2 months or so i'll be adding something new to the mix and see how my body reacts (i have blood tests every 2 months).And then i'll tell you my experience as well !
Right now, after the ozone,i think the next thing to try in a couple of months will be the coffee enemas.Many people sware by them and there must be a reason.
