I understand your comment... it seems that there is always a latest and greatest. I do know however, there is NO ONE SINGLE CURE ALL. However, there are missing pieces to the puzzles and kelp\iodine, or more correctly a halide imbalance seems to be one of them.

Health is the balance of EVERYTHING we do, inside and out.
