That forum is censored. There is no public feedback allowed for expressing sentiment in the form of votes. Thus, it is controlled media, and in the same camp as the nightly news. Without this absolute and tyrannical control, it would quickly lose its readers, if it ever became subject to the democratic will of the viewing public.
