It seems a shame to hide this information on a debate forum that really pertains to a whole other subject. Do you think there is enough interest and information to warrant a support forum for using iodine? Dr. Dennis Hardy supports the use of Kelp, but he is more of an herbalist. I doubt Moreless would be flexible enough to give good and dependable information on iodine, although he also recommends kelp.

I am just beginner with this, but it sounds like others have had great success both with kelp and Lugol's. I hope this will help me break the cycle of near constant fatigue, brain fog, difficulty in losing weight, and sleeplessness.

I would love to see a forum dedicated to the intelligent, proper and safe methods of supplementing with Iodine and/or Iodine rich foods.

What do y'all think about this idea?
