Fascinating. While I was researching Lugol's earlier this morning, I came across the suggestion that the Lugol's Iodine should be mixed with some raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and sipped while eating a meal. What are your feelings on that matter? Also, would there be any benefit to mixing kelp powder with either olive oil or vinegar to increase its release of iodine? I confess that while I was an excellent biology student, chemistry was never my best subject in high school or college.
