hi, hopinso. hope youre feeling much better lately.

what happened to me was a real increase in low thyroid symptoms - cold, lethargic, depressed. it didnt last long and i was back to normal after a couple of days. i think a slow build up will tell you what you need to know and can catch an overabundance without too much discomfort or debilitation.
