Thanks for you suggestions. Unfortunately I don't have a bath. Took it out last year as it was not being used, which I now regret.
Not sure what Christophers LBB is, I live in Australia.
I do dry brushing from time to time.
Also I had a neck lift a few years ago. ( not a face lift) I am wondering if my lymph was cut at the time. I have scars at the back of the ears.
On the positive side, I no longer have a cough, only after about 6days of OP.
my gums are more healthy, although still not perfect.
I feel better.
I hope that OP continues with these benefits.
