the only way that would have worked for me is if my mind could have removed the mercury. but, it couldn't, so i went to the dentist. i didn't expect much, since i had been sick so long. in fact, didn't know if it would work at all. i knew it was my only chance. in a month, i noticed the depression lifted. the anger and anxiety left. i could sleep for the first time when tired. i had energy. the amalgam removal made my mind better, but i did nothing else for it. i had worked on my mind my whole life, nothing worked because of the mercury. of course i didn't know it all those years that i had heavy metal poisoning, so i couldn't do anything about it, just kept trying to improve myself, but the mercury always caught up. it will kill you in every way if you don't get it out
