Hallo

i have non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (fatty liver and increased liver transaminases) and in a few days i will have my new ozonator sent.

How can i use ozonated water and/or olive oil to help me with this condition ?
Is oil better or would water be enough ?
What should be the doses i start with and up to where can i build up to ?
