Wild Oats has Organic Brazil Nuts here. They sell out so fast they are always fresh. In addition, so does one of the big co-ops and huge health food store.

Brazil Nuts are one of the richest sources for selenium. We need selenium to help with the assimilation of iodine...

By the way, If you eat organic free range eggs (I do raw) they contain both selenium and Iodine as does any seaweed. Whole food synergy, yeah baby!

EDIT: About the eggs... you MUST eat the yolk to get the good stuff.
