yea, i like that ocean taste. as far as how much(i forgot), its food. eat as much as you want. eat it till it does something for you or you get tired of trying. i know its good for you, so it cant hurt. do a variation of the moreless drink without the lime. the lemon and acv do help release the Iodine and other minerals.
