My brother and I are light skinned filipinos. Something like Malaysian race with Chinese blood. (but we have spanish and cuban great grand fathers in there too)

I have asked my brother to write down all his food intake from now on.

I've told him to avoid Chicken before.

He usually eats white rice, common staple food.
(I usually eat brown rice, I don't live with him.)

I will report back here.
