please reconsider the enemas and work on getting the bowels and kidneys and lymph flowing down and out on its own. herbs like chrisotphers LBB, distilled water to flush the kidneys and cold sitz baths for the lymph.

also, i keep forgetting this one for everyone because i dont have it available to me, and that is sweating. it is very important and why i take a lot of hot baths. i would love a sauna.
