Hey --

Do you have one of those marathon-training groups you can be part of? Those seem to work out well for my running friends!

She and I were both very self-interested at that time in our lives. And it was not a friendship that was destined to last, or that I miss. (Although it seemed a very important one at the time!) But I was going to write about an ex-boyfriend who was not supportive of ME in something, and then I realized that I was being really pious and hypocritical since I had done that to Sarah, so I used that example instead!)

I will say that it is terrific to be in a marriage where each of us has our own interests that work on a parallel basis, and we also try each other's stuff, too. (Although, Tom is a distance runner, and I still am not going there! Hats off to you guys. THough I did remember to pick up my roller blades recently from home, so I might be able to join him on a run!) He actually started Liver Flushing recently and has really enjoyed it.

I spend enough time on Curezone that I forget how freaky this stuff can seem/sound to people who are really used to going to the doctor, taking a pill, or otherwise doing what they are told. It is so challenging to get one's mind around that one can actually *do* something about one's own health that most can't deal with it. As a concept or as a reality. I have a friend who is depressed in the winters, as am I, usually. I e-mailed her in November with news of OP and how it had really helped my winter blahs. Did she jump right in to a vat of olive oil and start pulling her way out? No! She continues the "get-the-medication-right" struggle. Crazy. A lot of people seem put off when you can't tell them how this works but ask a doctor how, say, Cymbalta works -- they don't know sh*t, really!

Anyway. I digress, as usual! My dad is here playing with the girls so I am CZ'ing at 7:30 p.m. -- what luxury!
