I did some Liver Flushes (15)
rubbed Epsom Salts on my face daily

and rubbed virgin coconut oil on afterwards
no sugar, no white flour, no medications, sprouted whole grains, veggies, beans, limited lean proteins, fruit
also, raw egg yolks mixed with juice and fresh limes in the morning.......
