averaging 1/hour or 1/ 2 hours. usually i only have one very infrequently like every few months.

does anyone have any info at all on heart palpitations?

has anyone experienced palpitations as part of healing reaction?


my body is currently detoxing my heart and lungs, after doing a very successful lymph decongestion around that area, so this is why i believe it is related to healing crisis.

however i am concerned that it is because of not eating enough.
