omg! I feel like I am doing more harm than good...LOL!!!!

I just ate 2 garlic cloves (finally was able to without thinking I would die) and along with that, I ate hemp, flax, olive and coconut oil. That was my chaser!

Now, the first three oils are not bad but I was trying to melt the coconut in my mouth first and didn't get it all melted and added it with other oils and so it was kind of lumpy! LOL So, I am thinking I am lucky my son is not home, yet also, I am lucky to just live with my son. He already thinks I am 'out there', so other than comments occasionally he accepts me. Whatever am I going to do when I meet someone and will be really established in this routine? LOL He will leave me just on the strength of!..LOL
