I agree with you it is very important how you digest your food. I have just switched to cooking with olive oil and it has made a huge difference with my Body Odor . I also take digestive enzymes and magnesium supplements. A naturopath did recomend I take EFA's but I haven't bought any yet. Has anyone else tried them? If so how did they work?
