You have a concise and intelligent approach I like.
I will try it all.

One question though is a suggested diet regime to accompany.
I have eliminated red meat, coffee, black tea, chocolate etc.
usually have oatmeal for breakfast, soup for lunch, fish and salad with fruit/nuts
for supper.

Any general diet recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
