I too, when not worried, think that this is hormonal.

I do not manipulate the breast, except for montly examination.

Guess I need to settle down and try to balance my hormones a little more. I've been on whole foods diet for years, no processed anything, but I do drink and use a lot of soy milk. Possibly, I should give up the the Soy milk and go to Almond Milk.
