Thank you for the feedback! I am glad my text helps, and if I may add - you are right on with telling people that they don't have to share with you what you like and they don't (e.g. food).

You don't owe anyone any excuses for living on this planet. Enjoy your life and remember that it's given to YOU, therefore you make your decisions; others should stick to theirs.
