Wish I knew how to help, but I can tell you one thing about pain...get a family member or kind friend to put hands on or around your head.

Instant lessening of pain!

You may even be able to do it yourself.

There is something about empathy and electrical fields that helps.

When I had a mind-bending toothache, and was sitting on the sofa, dh came and encircled my head with his arms (not touching).

Instantly, the pain lessened.
