I have just started Oil pulling, for what its worth I love the OP and feel in my body healing things are happening.
I am hoping this (or some other protocol) will miraculously heal my hernia and ab wall.

.... I have to have a surgery Ive been trying to avoid. I have a hernia/large tear in my abdominal wall where a haematoma fell out. That was a result of a emergency c-sect. I had almost 2yrs ago... so when I cough (which Ive been alot) a part of my intestines push through and the doc said it could be stranglated sp? etc.

I need to know if there is anything I can do/take to prepare for surgery. I am trying to put it off for as long as possible - maybe a year.

I fear that I will run into problems again if I do this surgery as with the c-section i.e. needing blood transfusion, having seizures, kidneys failing, developing accute fatty liver and...developing another haematoma (defeating the whole purpose) again.

HELP!
thanks for any ideas, thoughts, advise.
