Orally I took the castor oil with grapefruit juice.

It went down pretty easy. I started drinking warm water half hour after.

I sliced 3 slivers of fresh ginger root, as I anticipated nausea. Then I had 4

significant movements. My belly is still bloated because there is so much congestion. Hopefully I will do it again in two days. I did release about 2 lbs of water weight. It is an easy protocol to follow. I will also try the castor oil packs. Patience. Imagine all the years of abuse. I am definitely continuing with this process.
