This is the situation: artist exposed to heavy metals. Chemicals and compouds include cadmium, cobalt, barium, magnanese, magnesium, sulfates, carbonates, copper, iron, etc.

I have begun the oil-pulling protocol, and it has brought definite, immediate results for me, personally. I am new to all of this, so I don't want to overwhelm myself with too many things. Other artists are demonstrating interest in cleansings, OPing, and other protocol that might be beneficial, as well.

Any recommendations on reducing and/or eliminating this stuff would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, in advance!
