Hi Lisa,
Thanks for the kind words. You sound like me and so many others about your exercising habits....we try and try. I go through phases. I will workout for months five days a week and then-----nothing for 2 or 3 months. Then I'm back again. Like is said before anything is better then nothing but consistancy is best.
I took a look at the herbal diabetic formula that you bought. They don't want you to know what's in it but I suspect that it's a combination of herbs that support the pancrease. Beetroot, apple pectin, yam, etc... I doesn't hurt to try it but I doubt that it will "cure" diabetes by itself, it will most likely give the pancrease a needed boost and possible ease some symptoms. Type two diabetes is a diet based disease, basically you're in control! I don't think that there's magic pill out there....but you never know! If you feel better and you get your diabetes under control that would be great. Keep me posted on your progress. I love to find out about new products that people like.
I'm basically suggesting that you cleanse for one season. Our body resets itself biorhythmically 4 times a year, with the change of each season. I would give your body the time to cleanse at a cellular level. It certainly won't hurt to do a thorough cleanse in the beginning. A lot of our customers will do a two or three month cleanse to start.
I've never used a zapper but Bob our formulator is familiar with them, I'll ask him what he thinks about them. I know that I've heard him say that they were popular in the 20s and 30s and that they do have some validity to them but I'm not sure if they are a tremendous help or not. I'll revisit this question tomorrow afte talking with Bob. I know that there is a forum here for all the "zappers" out there. Have you checked it out?
EFT is very motivating for a lot of people. I think your on the right track with it. The results can be very amazing and very rewarding.
I would like to see you use the begining of your cleanse as a starting point with a healthy diet and some exercise. Pull out those recipes and get your healthy thoughts in order. I'll help you to stay with it. Write me a post or to my e-mail, of what you've done to improve your health on a regular basis(daily, weekly,etc..). Just a short note...This simple act can be very motivating.
Kind regards,
Namaste,
Kelley
