i did answer all your questions.  you need to check other posts if you do not feel that way.  also, the key is that you found "a few other people" who say you can keep amalgams and do other stuff to not get sick.  there is nothing you can do.  even if you try to keep them at bay, they will catch up with you.  as far as you saying i offer no inexpensive alternative, then you must not know who i am and what i have been doing the last 5 years.  i suggest you read my site:  <
