Even being labeled "organic" does not guarantee that the food is healthy. There are organic pizzas made with white flour in the freezer section, organic cookies, ice cream, spaghetti sauce, and all kinds of canned foods. Of course, the same thing is true at most health food stores. Organic alone does not guarantee that the food is healthy. Consumer education needs to go much further and much deeper than simply looking for an organic label.
